Comprised of 88 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, Asper Apartments Rosebery is divided into 2 separate individual towers, intelligently designed to be in harmony with each other.

With retail and commercial suites on ground floor, the residential levels are elevated above ground level, ensuring all apartments have an appealing view. With the main feature being the 2 serene bamboo gardens connecting the 2 buildings, Asper Apartments Rosebery are thoughtfully designed to encourage space and privacy.

EASTGARDENS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, HILLSDALE

Atlas constructed this A-grade Industrial complex comprising of 18 high-clearance warehouses and 31 storage units.

The building was constructed using post tensioned concrete floors with precast concrete façade and structural steel framed roof.

A 12-storey stepped building with 45 residential apartments and ground-level commercial. This building was completed in a time frame of 8 months.

KING GEORGE GARDENS, HURSTVILLE

A finalist in the Housing Industry Association of Australia Awards for building excellence, this striking 12-storey residential development features 52 apartments, a childcare centre, rooftop pool, two basement car parks and a ground-floor commercial space.

LURLINE BAY

Atrium style 4-level, 5-bedroom house overlooking Lurline Bay. Winner of 3 HIA awards for excellence and 3 MBA Awards. This house exemplifies complex geometries and construction techniques to fulfill the dynamic open plan and glazing requirements of the architect.

MAROUBRA GATEWAY, MAROUBRA

Framing the gateway to Maroubra Junction, this innovative and complex commercial development features 11 levels with basement parking.

The building was constructed using concrete post tension slabs with masonry infill walls, framed by an intricate energy efficient glazed curtain wall.

MASCOT SQUARE – STAGE 1

Appointed as the developers, project and construction managers for the Mascot Square residential development, Altas worked closely with renowned architects Turner in creating and completing Stage 1 of the development.

Consisting of 185 innovative and uniquely designed apartments as well as a ground level retail and commercial component, Stage 1 of Mascot Square residential boasts a variety of single and double-story apartments, comprising of thoughtfully conceived 1 bedroom + study and 2 bedroom + study apartments.

The developments use of individual yet complementary colour schemes, materials and design features, gives grand definition and personality to the buildings.

MASCOT SQUARE – STAGE 2

Having completed Stage 1 of the Mascot Square residential, Stage 2 provides development of 315 outstandingly designed apartments.

Appointed as the developers, project and construction managers of the Mascot Square residential development, Atlas worked closely with distinguished architects Turner at every stage, having taken the project from purchase through to development approval, to completing Stage 1 and Stage 2.

Mascot Square’s buildings each have their own identities which work in synergy to give the development its harmonious character. With a variety of single and double-story apartments which consist of 1 bedroom + study and 2 bedroom + study apartments, Mascot Square has a new public park of more than 1100sqm, complete with a kids’ play area. It is also bounded by the new 8,500sqm Linear Park which is set to undergo substantial redesign.

MCMAHON PLAZA, HURSTVILLE

This 16–storey residential building features 56 apartments, 2 levels of commercial space and 3 levels of basement parking. This project also incorporated refurbishing the heritage listed Fire Station.

PLATINUM 69 O’RIORDAN
STAGE 2, ALEXANDRIA

Atlas was contracted to project manage and construct 15 high-exposure commercial office/showrooms as part of Stage 2 of the construction of 69-73 O’Riordan Street. These works encompassed the base fitout for each tenancy including air-conditioning, lighting, kitchens and WC’s, ready for tenants to move in.

PLATINUM O’RIORDAN DISPLAY AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, ALEXANDRIA

Atlas was the project and construction manager of the state of the art commercial complex, Platinum 69, located in the commercial heart of Alexandria.

The building comprises of 20,000 sqm built over 5 levels, including mezzanine levels and basement car parking. The concrete structure is surrounded by a point fixed glass façade supported by a complex structural steel frame.

TOWNS BEACH

One of the first high-rise residential buildings in Port Macquarie, this project includes 12 luxury beachfront units overlooking Towns Beach.
